remove trim from under glove box, disconnect wiring and remove 7 screws that hold blower motor in. replace cabin air filter while in there and also a good idea to replace the resistor.
Leave the fan on and put a clutch under the fan,than if you have a turbo connect the fan blower to the turbo
It should be mounted under the hood against the firewall, near the center. There are 4 or 5 bolts holding it on.

Are you asking about the heater blower motor or the engine cooling blower motor?
get your bald headed momma to replace it.
it is probley not the blower switch. if your fan runs on 3,4 and 5 it is your blower motor resister.
There is a resistor near the blower that is bad, known cause is high speed only.

The blower resistor assembly is located under the hood, on the heater case to the right of the blower motor. Haynes Manual #36071
