If you are referring to the right and left ones, pull the carpeting away and you will find like 4 nuts that you remove and the whole assembly comes out to change the bulb or bulbs. pop the trunk and right behind where the lights are pull the carpet down and their will be either light sockets that twist and pull,or there will be plastic nuts,just unscrew and take the lens off

I assume you only need to change the bulbs. Go into the trunk and look up. You should see the wires leading to the mounting point for the third brake light, you candisconnect the connectors and then change the bulbs this way.
