Those switches fit through a hole in a bracket under the dashboard and are held in with a nut, disconnect the wire connector and remove the nut, then the switch should push right out. Pay attention to how far it is threaded in to the bracket so you can have a good starting point for adjusting the new one, set it so that the pedal pushes it in completely when released but doesnt put excess pressure on it.
