My 1999 accord ex coupe brakes are easy to replace. Two bolts per caliper times 4 wheels. You'll have to run the caliper piston back in to accomodate the thicker (new) pads but that's about it. I've changed mine on this and two prior hondas. If you can remove the tire then you are halfway there.

This link to Popular Mechanics is very helpful with photos. Although it is generic, the instructions would apply to most all cars.
