Takeit to a qualified tech you cheap bastard.
Although this is a seemingly cute answer, it does not address the question. I have an XJ8 that has a dash bulb out. I was going to have a "tech" do it, but because I was a "cheap bastard", (who by the way can spell --Take it), I did not wish to pay his quote of $125.00 for a $2.00 bulb. If anyone has a CONSTRUCTIVE answer to this guy's question, I'd be interested.
below the left side of the instrument panel behind the kick panel on the fuse box
IP stands for instrument panel.
Safety neutral switch

Changing a light on the instrumental panel requires removing the whole dashboard on a 1992 Honda Civic. Loosen and remove all the dash mounting screws and pull of the dash. Remove the cluster from the display and pull off the old bulb. Install the new bulbs.
You can not fix the odometer on the early Saturns. You must replace the whole instrument panel.
The headlight relay in a Subaru Loyale should be behind the instrument panel.
not really it depends on what took place when it happen but, that fuse for the instrument dash lighting is located under the dash board by the parking brake. change it out and see what happen
ABS = Anti-lock Braking System ASR = Acceleration Slip Regulation
Check to see if the fuse is blown. Michelle Ress USA
