To change the dash light bulbs you must remove the instrument panel.
Changing the instrument panel lights require removal of the dashboard. With the dashboard removed pull the gauge cluster out and take off the bulbs. Install the new bulbs.

Remove 4 screws and remove the instrument panel, disconet 3 electric plugs behind the instrument panel. There are quite a few of light bulbs on the instrument panel. You get to them from the back of the panel. Some instrument panels can be disconnected and pulled forward enough to get to the back, other panels have to be worked on "in place".

Those bulbs blow too... Your dealer should have em. Its only about 5 screws to take out the instrument panel and the bulbs screw out.

In order you need to remove; the driver's side lower fascia, then the steering column audio controls (if fitted), the lower sterring column shroud, the instrument panel trim and then you can get access at the two screws holding the instrument panel in place.
