You just replant it and keep on replanting it until you get your right colour, keep in mind you have to wait quite a while 'till you see which colour you get!
You can also get special seeds but you have to be a Moshi Member.

∙ 11y agoYou can not choose the color of the seeds or of the flowers. The color the seeds grow in to is random. If you do not get the color of flower that you need to attract a moshling, you dig up that flower and plant another seed.

∙ 12y agoThe seeds you plant will grow at random into any color. If the plant that grows from the seed is not the correct color, you dig up that plant and plant another seed. Keep digging up and planting the seed until you get the correct color.
