easy, just need a flat tip and a philips screwdriver. use the flat tip to pry off the cover, be careful not to break the cover as you are pulling it out, its held in by 4 or so clips. then use the philips to unscrew the 4 screws holding it in, now comes the hard part, there should be a black wiring harness, attached to the speaker. i cant remember how its done, but the wires that go back into the car separate from the speaker wires at this harness, u just have to find out how to disconnect them, should be fairly straightforward. then u get ur new speaker, reinsert the wires to the new wiring harness, and screw it back in. put the cover back in just as you took it off. hope this helps :)
