How do you change the door mirror on a Jeep Grand Cherokee?

There should be either a triangular access panel on the inside of the door ajacent to the mirror and looks like it is part of the door panel. If it actually is part of the door panel then the door panel needs to be removed.

Once panel is removed, there should be 3 access holes covered with some sort of tape. Maybe plastic. Remove tape. There should be three 10mm nuts you have to take off to remove the mirror head. "Don't let the nuts drop down into the door and also when removing the nuts make sure the mirror does not fall and scratch the paint".

The mirror is most likely electric, if so you can just unplug the wires. "Or", if it has a manual adusting cable attacthed to it. That would most likely require a small Allen wrench to remove it.

Put the new mirror on and reverse the steps I just noted.

This is standard on most vehicles. Your car could vary a little from my description but this should get you there.
