release the tensioner on the drive belt and remove the old belt. Install the new belt in the same pattern the old belt was. The tensioner is under the Power Steering and the bolts to release it are on the back side of the pulley. loosen the bolt behind the pulley, then turn to long, sideways bolt to move the pulley to the left or right to adjust tension.
