If I remember correctly, there are two types of clamps on the lines. You should be able to remove these clamps and than remove the clamp that holds on the filter itself. You may need to remove the clamp for the filter itself first, in order to give yourself enough room to maneuver under the hood. Do not do this when the car is hot, and be sure to depressurize the fuel system before disconneting the filter lines...
