straighten the bent washer, Did you buy spare lock washers?
remove the nut, 1-1/4" or 32 mm, I stand on the rear brake
loosen the chain adjustment
work the front sprocket out if the chain, it's tougher with a 14 tooth
install new sprocket
Don't forget to bend the washer back over the nut
if you have the stock chain it might not have a master link so i cut mine but there is a way to take it off without cutting .

Put a new pipe on it, a good high flow filter with a pre filter. Run no air box lid and have it jetted (assuming it is not EFI). You could also change your gearing. If you add teeth to the front and/or put a smaller sprocket on the back you will have more top end.
