Loosen the lug nuts about 1 turn. Then raise the tire with the jack. Completely off the ground. Then remove the lug nuts. Remove and replace tire. Then tighten lug nuts until snug. Lower the tire and remove the jack. Completely tighten the lug nuts back up in a star pattern.

Repeat for opposite side.

If it is 4 wheel drive then there is a solid axle in the rear and a trans-axle in the front. the trans-axel has two CV shafts on either side connecting to the front tires. If it is 2 wheel drive then there is just a solid rear axle. and your front tires mount to spindles.

What is the largest tire size available on a stock 1986 Toyota 4runner?

Some special editions of the 1st generation Toyota 4Runner came stock with 31x10.5-15 sized tires. If you contact the parts department at your local Toyota Dealership you can get the speedometer gear for this tire size, as long as you keep the stock gear. I have heard of people cramming 33 inch diameter tires with no modifications to the vehicle however I would not recommend this due to rubbing issues.

1991 Toyota Camry vibrate?

If your 1991 Toyota Camry is vibrating, the tires might be wearing unevenly. This could be due to parts that are worn in the front end or even from tires that are damaged.
