How do you change the fuel filter on a 1999 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder?

Before you start you suppose to release the gas pressure in the gas hose by disconnecting the hose from the gas pump which is located close to the tank. After that disconnect the filter (located between the battery and firewall lower the battery level) from to pipes connected to it. Make sure that you don't have any dirt around. No hot objects and open fire around! After install cooper washers on both sides of the filter (one washer per each pipe). Tighten nuts on the pipes. Start the car and make sure that all connections are secured.
