You don't. It is a permanent filter lcoated inside the gas tank. Unless you develope a fuel problem you don't have to worry about it. Dealer only item.
I asked the dealer to change the fuel filter on our 2003 KIA Sorento and they said it's inside the tank and never needs to be changed, unless there is a problem. I am not sure if that's true with newer Sorento's.
From what I've researched so far, fuel filter on 2011 Sorento V6 is integrated into the fuel pump.
