1) DO NOT LOOSEN ANY SCREWS. THE SCREWS ADJUST THE ANGLE OF THE LIGHTS 2) There are 2 black tabs about 1 inch wide behind the front rail. Pull these tabs up to release the entire headlight assembley. 3) The entire light assembly will slide out. 4) Once out remove wire harness and replace the light bulbs. 5) Reinstall - press tabs back down.
If it's the same as my 1999 2 door 4x4. You have to remove the grill. Then the headlight modules are right there and easy to get too.

sorry to have to tell you this but the bearings are part of the wheel hub and sealed within. you need to change the entire hub. $$$$$$$

A chevy 3500 truck is not front wheel drive, so it does not have CV joints.
Open the hood & look for two white sliding clips. Pull them up to remove them. The headlight assembly should easily pull out. Identify the wiring harness & unclip it. Reverse the procedure to reinstall
