It is the same as an '01 Cougar. You will have to removie the grill, and two screws. You will also have to loosen a screw near the reservoir for the washer fluid. Once you have done this you will need to disconnect the cables and remove the whole housing. It should be pretty smooth and self-explanitory from there.
