for a 2000-2005 model first open the bonnet. Twist of the black cap that is directly behind the head light. you should now be able to see the connector that is plugged into the bulb. This can then be removed with a bit of wiggling. The back of the bulb is now visible. For the next bit I found that on the drivers side bulb it was made easier by removing part of the air intake tube. this pulled off easily and didn't have any clips. The bulb is held in place by some quite tight springy prongs. now that you can get into the back of the bulb more easily use a pair of pliers to hold one of the contacts on the bulb and pull straight backwards. Note that the bulb can't be twisted as the cuff that holds the bulb in place has a notch in it so it only goes in one way.
Now the bulb is out you should be able to push in the new bulb with your hands and reverse the process above.
Job Done.

Corsa's have several different makes of headlamps fitted. The instructions vary according to the make. Go to you local Vauxhall dealer, buy the bulb from them, and if they are any good they will fit it for free. (I do!) "Financial remuneration" (A "tip") is appreciated, but not mandatory!
