Hi,
To replace the bulbs for the headlight, you will first need to remove the headlight assembly from the front of the van. This is actually pretty easy, as there are a few wing nuts that can be removed to get the assembly out. The only real hard part is that you have to pull the assembly straight out, from the retainers, to get to the back of the assembly. Then you just turn the plastic holder for the bulb and replace it.
One note: Be careful not to touch the replacement bulb with your fingers, as oil from your fingers will get on the bulb and that will heat up once the light is on. That will cause the glass of the bulb to crack and you will burn out the bulb in a very short time. Always where gloves when replacing these bulbs, or at least use a paper towel when handling the new bulb.
I have also included a link that shows the headlight and turn signal assemblies with some basic instructions and photos of how to do the job.
Good Luck, Greg

At least on a 2003 Venture, there is a door in the back of your glove box that opens where the air filter is at to change.

Consult your owners manual...
Possibly the multifunction switch (switch in columm). Check the bulbs, fuses etc first
