You need to download a language file and unzip it. Then, place the file(s) in the Photofiltre program folder. You now have two language files. For instance, StudioEN.plg and StudioNL.plg. The program will load the first language file it finds (alphabetically). If we want it to load StudioNL.plg, or another language file, just rename StudioEN.plg to StudioEN.plg.OLD or something similar.
