Hey Shylo==Simply remove the rotors and drive them out and drive the new ones back in. On the rear the hubs have to be removed. It is possible to pull them in with nuts and a bunch of washers but you have to watch out and not strip the threads. GoodluckJoe
Beat the old ones out with a hammer, push the new ones in the same way as far as you can, then zip them in all the way with the lug and an impact.
The hub caps are held on with the lug nut covers, these are plastic, and screw on the lug bolts if you use the lug wrench you can loosen the plastic hub cap lug bolts and be able to remove the hub cap without loosening the lug bolts. 2001 L200's have lug bolts rather than lug nuts.

With the stock hubcaps you will need to unscrew the plastic bolts. The hubcap actually bolts onto the lug nuts behind it.

I dont think that Dodge Neon rims will fit a Chevrolet Lumina but its all about bolt patterns, 4 lug or 5 and the distance across the center of the lug holes.
