Locate the oil filter mounted on the engine block. Remove the old filter by turing counterclockwise with your hand or a filter wrench if it is too tight. Wipe the mounting surface clean with a clean cloth. Apply oil to the gasket of the new filter. Install the new filter by turning clockwise. Tighten 3/4 turn after it makes contact with the mounting surface, no more, no less.
Tundras do not have a cabin air filter
On the 2004 and later models, there is a mesh filter inside the pan. You have to drop it to change the filter
The Toyota Rav4 engine oil capacity with filter change is exactly 4.0 quarts. Without the filter change its 3.8 quarts.
You can't. The Sienna didn't have them until 2004.
I change mine every other oil change.
Sorry, there isn't a cabin filter on the Gen I Solara. The filter came with the Gen II (2004) and later models. Cheers
It doesn't have a cabin filter.
If it's the same as the 2004, the manual gives the answer. Take out the glove compartment door and you'll see the filter behind it
I was unable to locate the oil filter on 2004 Toyota Camry (4 cylinder). Does anyone know where it is, and how to replace it? its is on the passenger's side of the car but more to the front where the wheel is. i had the same problem.
You don't. There is no cabin air filter on the Gen I Solara. The interior air filter appeared on the 2004 (gen II) and later Solara. Cheers
Where is the air filter located in a 2004 Camry LE ?
Yes, that filter fits a 2004 Toyota Sienna. But, I would not recommend a Fram filter. Purolator, Bosch, & Wix, all make superior filters to the Fram.
