Assuming you are ok with doing an oil change,but have found a strange sump plug? If the Holdens are like the UK models,what you need is a Torx45 tool. These are becoming quite common and are usually available at your local auto store,in small sets of popular sizes.Usually come as 3/8 or 1/2 square drive to fit your ratchet.
