remove neg batt cable
remove exaust from pipe (hang with wire)
loosen transmission mounting bolts (2)
remove left side engine mount bolt
jack up left side of engine and put a small 2X4 between block and engine mount
now remove left side and repeat
remove starter motor
remove bolts olding il pan and remove metal clamps
unbolt oil pickup and drop in oil pan - remove oil pan with tube inside

clean the surface and reverse for install
remember to use a NEW PREMIUM gasket
