It's underneath the Car by the motor look under see if it's before the catalytic converter or after... when you need to replace it you need to tell your supplier where it is located he/she will ask you if it's before or after..also make sure if it's a female plug or male plug there's two kinds.

Go to AutoZone to borrow the tool and purchase a Bosch O2 sensor - the rep can identify the model number you need and show you on a diagram where the sensor is located under the car. The job is very easy and can be accomplished in an hour.
P= Powertrain 0140= bad oxygen sensor downstream from the catalytic converter. Check wiring first, if no problems with broken wiring replace sensor.
