The parking brakes are your rear brake shoes.Go buy new brake shoes for your Blazer . Then put it up on stands and pull the wheels and the drums. You will need a good pair of needlenose pliers and a flat tip screwdriver.Take only one side apart at a time and use the other side as a referance. Each shoe is held in place by two pins that come through the backing plate and are held in place by a spring that you push in and turn to lock or unlock on the pin.Just take your time and pay attention to how the other cross springs are attached .Check the other side as need be.Make sure the adjuster at the bottom between the two shoes turns easy before reenstalling.Adjust the new shoes so that you can just get the brake drum back on,and you should be ready to go.I have done my own brake jobs on my GM vehicles for years .You get good at IT with practice. GOOD LUCK
