the pcm is located under the hood on the driver side inner fender, you can recognize it by all the wires connected to it and a little vented cover over it, disconnect the battery completely, then while the battery is disconnected try to start the vehicle to drain the system of any remaining electricity, disconnect all the connecters, unbolt the pcm and replace it with the other one. reinstall in the reverse order
