Assuming you mean the rear TRUNK struts.
2 Struts
1 Small screw driver
1 T50 Torx Wrench
1 telescopic support or a person to hold up the trunk
Support trunk with support or person.
Remove retainer clips with screwdriver, unscrew big torx screw.
Pull off strut and pull it down off the ball.
Reverse to install new struts.
If you mean the literal rear shocks then:
1 Torque wrench
2 Jack stands
1 Jack
Support your vehicle with a jack and or stands and screw the old shock off (take off the side panels inside and move the carpet back to get top screw)
Install the new shock using torque wrench to torque the screws down 66 lower nut and 13 on the upper.
The shocks only control the bounce of the springs. The springs actually control the ride height.
there are no struts on a 94 jeep wrangler, there are leaf springs and shocks
Yes these are the same from 90 to 94 models www.lextechautomotivellc.com
NO!
I just changed the rear axle on my 94 Tercel. once you get a new axle ( suggest you get a use one because of price). There is 2 bolts that go into the frame just under the rear seat area. you then pull the bolt sfrom the shocks and disconnect the brakes. Installation is just the reverse.
passenger side rear first then drivers side rear, then the passenger side front, and finally the drivers side front.
how do I remove rear speaker in rear door 94 astro van rear door will not open
yesAnswerSurely it will NOT. 94 V8 Automatic needs 94-97 V8 Transmission from Camaro, Firebird or Caprice (4L60E). AnswerFor you above me.. the v6 and v8 share a 4L60E transmission... YES they will fit. The auto is kept in check by the rear gear... The 4L60E is nothing more than a 4L60E
How do you reset the security code on a 1994 ponitac firebird formula......
Not unless you also change the wheel hub. This might require a complete rebuild of the rear axle.
There is no coil pack on that year.
