Put the mower up on a wooden block to get the wheel off the ground. Pry off the plastic bolt cover, remove the bolt with a #12 metric socket I believe, remove the wheel. Unbolt the gear drive from behind the wheel and install it on the replacement wheel.
To adjust the brakes on JOHN DEERe LA105 mower, you must first find the brake adjustment nut. This is located on the right side of the mower, looking back towards the rear axel. To adjust the brakes, simply turn the nut until they are adjusted as you would like them.

Spark plug shot or gap not correct. Replace plug and if still doesn't work check and replace coil if bad. Check you tube for how to check col check coil.
Remove the deck from the tractor, then remove both blades. They can be sharpened using a grinder. If you don't have a grinder, then there are shops out there that can sharpen them for you (try asking at a shop that sharpens chainsaw chains).
