If you have a VIP receiver, you can go into the Main Menu, press the Menu button on your DISH remote, then press 6 (System Setup) and 8 (HDTV Setup). On the HDTV Setup screen you can select the resolution for your TV. Under TV Type, the higher the resolution (720i or 1080i) the larger the picture. The aspect ratio can be set to 16:9. Sometimes you will have some programs broadcast in a lower resolution.

You press the *asterisk* key on your remote (also labeled "format"). Keep pressing it until you get what you want. It will scroll through a series of formats: normal, stretch, partial zoom, zoom, grey bar.

On certain model Dish Network receivers, you can zoom in the picture by pressing the "#" button. Keep pressing this button until you get the desired picture size. If you have a HDTV and Dish Network HD receiver, you can go into the Dish menu to adjust picture settings to match the kind of HD TV you have.
When you change the font size, the size of the characters on the screen will change in size. The characters will appear larger or smaller depending on how you adjust the font size.

It depends on if you are getting HD service with Dish Network. If so, the Dish dimensions are 20.5"h x 22.5"w. Most satellite TV dishes are about the same size, they vary slightly to pick up the correct signals in orbit depending on what Dish programming you have.

Change size? You mean getting REALLY REALLY big or REALLY REALLY small? Well to do that you would have to download a program which risks you being banned forever, but other than that, you can't change size. Also when you change size with the program, nobody else can see it but you. If you mean screen size wise, then just click on smaller or larger screen.

You can click 'maximize' on the left of the 'close' button. Press F11 for full screen. You can also change the size of the screen by right-clicking and then go to 'properties'. Go to 'settings' and change the screen resolution.
