I let Jiffy lube do it. It only costs about $15 to learn that they had to use a little effort and it took two people with 4 hands. 2 to hold, 2 to change. There should be a bolt on the tension pulley. You would move it in the opposite direction of the tension. Watch were you use for leverage!
