All you need is a 3/8" drive ratchet to take the tension off the spring loaded pulley that tensions the belt. Remove old belt and put new one on, it is a little awkward because one hand needs to hold the wrench and the other hand slips the belt over the tensioning pulley but it is easy. Takes 5-10 minutes.
