Since this is electrical -- the first step is to disconnect the negative battery cable.
For the front turn signal bulbs: Look at the front light cluster, you'll notice the sealed headlamp, a clear lens cover, and an amber lens cover. Look inside the "T" where those three come together and you'll see a very small retaining screw. You'll need a Torx T10 driver or bit to remove it (auto parts stores typically show these as "star" drives/bits). Be very careful since it's a long tight screw with a very small head and easy to strip. (If it does strip, you might be able to remove it with an Allen wrench). After the retaining screw is out, gently wiggle the light cluster (the clear and amber lens covers) to pull the retaining clips from their housing. Once they are free the cluster is held by a rubber seal next to the grill that clips onto the light housing. Remove the rubber from the two clips and pull the light cluster out away from the vehicle (as far as the wires will allow). Reach inside to the bulb mount, and turn it to free the bulb. Pull out the old bulb, and press in the new one until it's properly seated. Line up the bulb mount with the opening, insert and turn to seat it in place. (Repeat for the other bulb -- they come in packs of two and you might as well replace the turn signal and parking lamp while you're at it. The side light is a different part number from the other two, but the procedure is the same). Installation is the reverse of the above.
For the rear turn signal: Open the tailgate and look at the rear of the housing inboard of the light cover (it will still be visible even if you have a bed-liner). There's a retaining screw directly below the tailgate cable mount and just above the rubber grommet. You'll need a Torx T20 for this one. Remove the retaining screw, and gently wiggle & rotate the taillight cover to separate the clips from their housings. Once the clips are free, pull the cover out, rotate the bulb housing to free the bulb. Pull out the old build and push in the new one, insert the housing into the opening and rotate it back to seat it properly. (As above, the bulbs come in two-packs, so you might as well replace both bulbs while you're at it). Re-install the housing and the retaining screw.
