To change the struts on a 1993 Toyota Tercel, start by safely lifting the vehicle and removing the wheels. Next, detach the strut assembly by loosening the bolts at the top of the strut mount inside the engine bay and the lower bolts on the knuckle. Replace the old strut with a new one, ensuring it is securely fastened, and reassemble the components in the reverse order. Finally, check the alignment and test drive the vehicle for proper handling.

To change the water pump on a 1993 Toyota Tercel, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal and drain the coolant from the radiator. Remove any components obstructing access to the water pump, including the serpentine belt and possibly the timing cover. Unbolt the old water pump, clean the mounting surface, and install the new pump with a new gasket. Reassemble the components, refill the coolant, and reconnect the battery before starting the engine to check for leaks.
