firstly make sure the car is cold and open the bonnet and stare down on the passenger side/ left side of the radiator an then u will see what looks like and goldish hexegon type bolt which has an black block conector on it press the tabs together sqeeze it and pull away, now het an spanner on to the thermostack and turn anticlockwise till loose and take off make sure u dont get the black block connectoe wet if poss and have the new replacment thermostack at hand as the water will gush out when u take the old unit out screw the new item on with ur hand then do it up with the spanner then plug on the black three pine connector and run the engine till u hear the fan work.
