disconnect the battery and remove the alternator, remove the air con compressor (if fitted), remove the 2 pipes fitted to the housing of the thermostat and let the anti freeze drain into a container, undo the 4 bolts for the thermostat housing and remove the thermostat, clean the sealing area and fit in reverse order and bleed the antifreeze when filled up
