Case 1845C weight is 5860# I suppose that is with bucket, and fluids full.
Thae Case 1840 series Skidsteer weighs 5000 lbs.
There are two bolts at the back of the cab, reached from behind the skidsteer, remove them. Make sure the bucket is raised and the safety bar on the hyd arm is in place. The cab will tilt forward, it is very heavy and will require at least two people to tilt it. There is a locking bracket at the swivel point that will drop into place and will need to be unlocked before dropping it down again.
Usually this is not the case. It looks like a bad thermostat, because no way the coolant is not getting hot, but a rusted up thermostat would not open for the coolant to circulate. If I were you I will change the thermostat first than check the water pump.

Virtually any material can be used to make a thermostat case. What is used will depend upon the temperature and enviromental conditions the thermostat is exposed to, but some materials are plastic, aluminum or steel,
You first have to remove your air filter housing in order to get to your thermostat. Once you have done that you should be able to look down and it should be right beside and below the intake manifold you have two bolts one you can visibly see and the other directly across form but on the other side of the thermostat housing. Once you take of those two bolts the thermostat housing should come off. Then there is your thermostat. you may need to take a small hammer or something to hit with to take out the old thermostat with just in case it is hard to take off by hand and there you go you have cahnged your thermostat.
A thermostat will need replacing when it no longer becomes operational at a given temperature. In the case of a car engine the thermostat does not allow coolant to circulate through the engine until efficient operating temperature has been reached.
On a 1996 Ford Aerostar : Follow the top radiator hose from the radiator to the engine coolant thermostat housing on the engine . The thermostat is INSIDE the housing * in the case of the 4.0L , the hose connects to a metal pipe that is part of the thermostat housing that is bolted to the front of the engine
If the thermostat is exposed but it just won't come out, it might just be stuck with a little gasket sealer. If that's the case, you might need to 'persuade' the thermostat a little.
Yes. If the thermostat is not staying closed long enough for the engine to warm up adequately, you will not get heated coolant into the heater core and the heater will not blow warm air. Change the thermostat for a 195 and you should get plenty of heat. It could also be as simple as not having enough coolant. worst case senerio would be a bad heater core.
Thermostat ($10-50) + one hour labor (depends on shop). In some case you might have to replace coolant + 1-2 gallons.
