timing CHAIN
you have a chain not a belt
You have a timing chain not a timing belt.
You can change a timing belt on a 2007 kia spectra by first making sure that the engine is turned off. Pop open the hood and locate the timing belt, and remove the belt carefully.
it has a timing chain !
You don't. The 2007 Toyota Rav4 uses a chain and not a belt.
The 2004 and later Prius models do not have a timing belt, so the answer for them is "never". They use a chain, which should only be replaced when major engine work is done or if it breaks, which could be 150K miles or more. I'm not sure if the pre-2004 model has a belt or not, but if they do the change interval will be in your owner's manual.
You don't. Its no longer a timing "belt" its a timing chain, which never will need to be changed.
