The P1745 code in a Dodge Caravan is for high pressure in the transmission line. It is normally caused by a bad solenoid pack or a main regulator valve stuck in the valve body.
grab a mallot and bang it all around, as if u wanna hammer it in more
Engine Oil pressure control circuit stuck on , this is according to OBD II scanner at Autozone.
Solenoid switch valve latched in the low/reverse position. It means that a valve is stuck in the valve body.
Hi i,m not a pro but i had the same problem with my 01G Caravan, start checking the TCM (transmission computer module) this cost aprox $200 dollars, my truck got stuck in the 2nd gear then after change the TCM the problem was finished try first this is better to pay 200 instead 1000 or more
Having a piece break off your alternator bracket shouldn't have any impact on your timing chain unless the piece somehow hit it/got stuck, and that seems highly unlikely.
Any transmission related failure. You need to have the transmission computer checked for codes to know possible causes.

AnswerI seen on another website to hold down the trip reset until it starts flashing. Simple fix and seems to be working for everyone else. Going to try it on my van tomorrow! It is usually caused by a weak battery.
Probably the the motor/regulator assembly. I was able to pull mine up with my hands then tape it up. A new motor/regulator cost me $300.
Look for a tiny hole near the CD door. Use a long piece of stiff wire or a long pin to push inside this hole. This should eject the CD.
The first thing a person should do when they experience their Dodge Caravan sliding door stuck, is to make sure there isn't something in the track. If this isn't the case, a mechanic will be able to fix it for you.
