OKay, this is going to sound hard but it really isn't. A novice can do it. You're going to have to remove the headlight itself first. You will see two bolts on the top of the headlamp. Take them both out. Now the headlight casing will be loose. Gently manouver the light and remove it from its resting place. their is enough wiring there to hang the light over the bumper. Now this should open up a world of space for you. You will see the marker light just on the inside. Give the bulb assembly a little twist and it should come right out. Now you can change that bulb. Please pre purchase a new bulb to help you look and change what you need too. Once back in place, put the headlamp back in and screw'er down. No headlight adjustment needed. We didnt touch the adjuster screws. :)
If your "left blinker" is on, to change it, "push up" the blinker arm that is on your steering wheel. If your right blinker is on, push the arm down to change it to the right blinker. This works on All Cavaliers and most other cars made in the U.S.
From inside the trunk pull back the carpet and get access to the tailight assembly. Remove the fasteners on the tailights then unscrew the bulbs and replace.
your low on blinker fluid.

To change the front blinker bulb on your 1989 Chevy Celebrity simply reach up behind the bumper and unplug the socket from the fixture. Replace the bulb in the socket and plug the socket back into the fixture.
i don't see why not the 2.2 was used in 95 and 96 should fit right in
try accessing it from the inside of the trunk, if not that there should be some screws holding the fixture in place, undo those to remove it and the bulb will be right there
