The light bulb or the taillight lens? Open the trunk to replace the bulb.
Go in through the back of the light in the trunk. You might have to pull away the carpet in the trunk to ger at it. Then it just twists out.
To replace the rear speakers, you have to go in the trunk, look towards upper back section of the trunk and you will see the speakers. The speakers have two black hand-screws that can be unscrewed without tools. It is as simple as this.

If your vehicle did not have the yellow trunk release button option in the glove compartment, your next best option would be to remove the rear seats. You may gain access to the trunk by removing the lower seat cushion first, followed by the seat-backs. It should only take you about 20 minutes or so, using basic hand tools.

With the key, there is no trunk release inside the car. You use the same key you would use to open the door to open the trunk.
Remove the rear seat and go into the trunk that way use a screwdriver to turn the lock from the inside...
Open trunk and pull carpeting back from the rear lights and you will see wing nuts, take the wing nuts off and pull the complete light assembly out to change the bulbs.
If a person loses the keys to a trunk of a 1985 Delta 88, the best way to get into the trunk is to remove the back part of the back seat. Some models came with an escape hatch in the trunk where a person could open part of the back seat to access the trunk. The back of the back seat can be removed by first removing the area behind the back seat where the speakers are.
The remote trunk release was optional. If it is there, you will find a yellow button inside the glove box.
