You will have to remove the lens either the front or rear. you did not say which.
Remove the cover using a tork bit.
Just remove the headlight assembly above the turn signal/daylight running light in question. It will provide you with easy access.

look down on the tranny itself.
Raise the front of the car and look underneath the front facia (bumper). You'll see a plastic cover on the bottom of the car. Located at each side in front of the tires you'll find access doors. Remove the screws. Now you can reach up and behind your front turn signal lights to change the bulbs. You can also get to the mounting screws this way to remove the light housings

The signal and 4-way flashers are behind the lower dash panel, aprox under the radio. The lower dash panel must be removed to gain access to the flashers.
