Unbolt the wiper arms. You might have to buy a tool from an auto parts store if the arms won't pull off easy. Remove the weather stripping and all black slide clips underneath. Remove plastic cowl under wipers. Then put a screwdriver underneath the arm assembly and dislodge black plastic nuts from two joints closest to motor assembly. Remove bolt and two nuts holding in the silver plate. One is under the windshield. Scribe the arm position on the plate.
Installation is reverse of removal.

Remove the windshield wiper arm from the windshield wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the retaining nut. Reverse the process to install the new windshield wiper motor.

The windshield needs to be folded into the down position to access the wiper motor. There are a couple cut-outs in the metal of the cowl that allows access to the wiper motor & linkage. There are release bolts on either side of the windshield & of course the top needs to be off.
The wiper motor is located under the black plastic cowl below the windshield.
