== * Chevy Impala wiper blade replacement kit Step1 Pull the windshield wiper arm connector up. Note that, unlike other models, the Impala's wiper arms will not stand on their own. This job will require both hands.
Step2 Raise the clip from the blade connecting point. On the wiper arm, you'll notice a small clip on the back side of the wiper arm. Simply pull it up with your fingers while you continue to hold the wiper arm.
Step3 Slide the blade assembly down toward the windshield until you have removed the old wiper blade. At this point, you can discard the old wiper blade.
Step4 Put the new wiper blade on the wiper arm by sliding it along the wiper arm track until it lines up with the clip. (At this point, you're still holding the clip so that it is raised.)
Step5 Fasten the clip back into place by releasing it and making sure that it fits securely on the wiper blade.
Step6 Repeat this process on the other wiper blade arm to complete the replacement of the wiper blades on your Chevy Impala.
