On our 90 Ford Ranger the wipers are on a pin arm. Just twist and pull the wipers off the pin. Rain-X makes a replacement wiper, but you will have to change the connector with the other one provided. The first one is removed just by pulling up on the connector. Follow the instructions for putting on the new connector and you will be set to go.
