If you are on a Mac this is really easy:
Otherwise, it will depend on which web browser you are using. If you have a mouse with a scrollwheel in Windows, however, you will be able to zoom in and out by attempting to scroll up or down while holding down the control (ctrl) button.

You go to the status bar and click zoom in under the "100%" area. Ctrl+ and Ctrl- Or Ctrl(Middle mouse wheel) up/down
If you are writing HTML code you change the style sheet or insert specific code related to your font. (There are too many options to explain here.) If you are viewing the Webpage with your browser, use the browser "View" menu (location depends on your browser) to select the Zoom or Text Size you want.
Save the webpage, Zoom and Print.

You can increase the percentage size of the area, to zoom in. There is a Zoom icon on the view tab. There is also the Zoom slider on some versions of Excel, at the bottom right of the screen.
By going onto view and then zoom and there you can either zoom in or zoom out or you can even choose a variety of percentages to make the web page bigger or smaller. You can also hold down the Ctrl button and scroll in, or, press Ctrl +.
