remove the valve cover by tkaing off all the bolts on the top, and the gasket is inside of the cover ( along the edges) its black and kinda thinn, you might need a flat head ot a knife to get it off and once u get it off then put the new one on make sure its all nice and snug! and then put the valve cover back on!..
