Inspect your calipers make sure pistons are working
First you take a wrench that will NOT STRIP the bolt then youunscrew the bolts on the wheel. Then take off the old wheeland if u want to keep the BARRINGS then take them off and putthem on the new wheel. Then you screw the new wheel on butNOT TOO TIGHT or the wheels WON'T SPIN!
check your wheel barrings i just had the same problem on my buick lesabre jack up your car untill the wheel is off the ground and grab the tire and shake it if there is alot movement when you do its probably the wheel barring it is pretty easy to replace if that is what is wrong with it get a chiltons it will help alot :)
If they are only noisy and are causing ABS problems you can probably drive on them for a bit. Check them often for looseness though as that becomes a safety issue.
