You will have to edit the boot.ini or replace the ntoskrnl.exe with a downloaded bootscreen(SP1: ntoskrnlsp.exe). Please don't do this without a quality third party software.
Boot up your computer in safemode, enable view hidden files and locate:
C:\Windows\System32 and find the file named "ntoskrnl.exe" / "ntoskrnlsp.exe"
Take a backup copy of this file and then replace it with your downloaded one and restart. You will need the backup in case anything goes wrong or to reset it.

Example: You saved the file as Bootscreen.exe: kernel=Bootscreen.exe
Move your manual file to Windows\System32 and restart.
Use a software such as Awesome Logon Screen Changer, its available at http://danusoft.com/ and it comes with a preview screen of what your logon screen is going to look like, comes with a bunch of presets, and lets you revert your changes back to default. I've tested this on Windows Vista and 7, worked great.
You cannot screen film on Windows PC via the inbuilt functions. External software are required for capturing it.
