The pump is located at the bottom of the fluid reservoir. It is in a tight spot. It has the electrical connector and fluid line. Remove the pump from the reservoir, then disconnect the connector and fluid line. Install is the opposite. You need to get the pump from a dealer as aftermarket pumps don't line up correctly (order using your VIN#)
Clogged squirters or bad/failing pump.

Assuming you mean the low windshield washer fluid indicator, by just filling the reservoir with windshield washer fluid, the light should turn off. If not, the low washer fluid sensor may be faulty.
